  • 1:1 Coaching & Strategy Sessions: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, the session fee may be retained.
  • Corporate Training: Cancellation policies for bespoke training packages will be outlined in the service agreement.
  • If LIT Scotland cancels a session, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our training materials (including text, graphics, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to LIT Scotland. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LIT Scotland, and the individual persons operating under the name of LIT Scotland, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
