3. Fees & Payments

  • All fees for services are outlined on our website or provided upon request.
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer and third-party payment processors such as Stripe and other providers we may use in the future.
  • LIT Scotland does not store or process payment detailsโ€”transactions are handled securely by our payment partners.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Workshops & Training Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
  • 1:1 Coaching & Strategy Sessions: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, the session fee may be retained.
  • Corporate Training: Cancellation policies for bespoke training packages will be outlined in the service agreement.
  • If LIT Scotland needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify clients as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us via info@litscotland.com. We aim to acknowledge and resolve complaints promptly, and we will provide a response within 10 working days.
